BIOSKETCH DELL'ARTISTA: Luca Lampis graduated at the Conservatoire in Ferrara (Italy) having studied with M° Stefano Cardi. During his studies he won three internal conservatoire competitions and he attended masterclasses with Stefano Cardi, Paul Galbraith, Stefano Viola, José Luis Rodrigo, Xuefei Yang and Paolo Pegoraro. With the latter, Luca also studied at the guitar academy "F.Tarrega". Luca has performed throughout Italy, Europe and the U.S.A, and won two grants for international study: from the University of Santiago de Compostela (Spain) to work on the interpretation of Spanish music and at the Birmingham Conservatoire (UK) In the meantime Luca also completed his specialist Masters degree, brilliantly and cum laude, in Ferrara with M° Stefano Cardi. In 2012, Luca was invited to the "2nd Latin Guitar Fest" in Chicago where he held various recitals, one of which took place in the Columbia College Conservatory, and also held a public concert-class at UNAM Chicago.
